The Smith and Wesson M&P, opted for this instead of an all-metal Colt replica. Muzzle velocity at 480fps, just 15 fps below the legal limit here in Canada. Going to drop some squirrels with this sweet looking honeycake.
The M&P is a beauty, but sadly it doesn't have a blowback action. Which is why I'm also getting this, the SA-177 by Uramex. It actually slides back when fired! While performance-wise it cant compare to the M&P, I wanted the tad of realism of a blowback, which the SA177 offers at a extremely low price (Only ten bucks more than the M&P!). Orginally, I passed this for the more powerful Uramex HPP Pistol, also with blowback, but after reading the reviews, I wanted the better accuracy and more durable metal magazine in the SA177.
With the two pistols and the two extra mags for the M&P it'll all cost me about 150 dollars. Thats not including the fact I have to buy the CO2 and BB ammo from Canadian Tire, which will cost me another 50 bucks. $200 is probably the most I ever spent on toys for myself, but I got nowhere else to spend the money I been making all summer. This is probably the first time in my life I actually had money to spend on my hobbies and what not, and I got to say its a good feeling. I'm thinking of getting into archery too, if i can find a darn store that sells left hand bows ><. That's it for now, time to hit the sack and wake up bright and early for work tomorrow. Sigh...
